Tinley Park, IL., — Bettinardi Golf announced the signing of PGA Tour player Seth Reeves, and Web.com player Michael Gellerman to join their official Professional Tour Staff. Reeves will play his custom Tour Department DASS Studio Stock 3 putter and Gellerman, his custom SS28 Armlock putter. Expounding on their 10 win season in 2018, including the Open Championship at Carnoustie, Bettinardi Golf is proud to add two new rising stars to their growing Tour staff in 2019.
“I am very excited to team up with Bettinardi Golf as my putter of choice on the PGA Tour,” said Reeves. “Bob and Sam Bettinardi have the expertise in precision milling the finest putters in golf, all made in the USA. This aspect of quality is so important to me, and the reason for choosing Bettinardi”.
Seth has gamed his custom left-handed Bettinardi Studio Stock 3 for the last two years, and has been the putter that makes him most confident when on the greens. Seth is poised to make his mark on the PGA Tour after recording a top 10 and four top 25 finishes in his first year as a professional on the Mackenzie Tour — followed by four top-10s, highlighted by two consecutive top-five finishes in his second year on the Web.com Tour.
Michael Gellerman put his Bettinardi SS28 Armlock putter into play during his 2018 season on PGA Tour Canada. He went on to have a fantastic season including five Top 6 finishes and two 2nd place finishes in eleven events. Michael finished 5th on the Order of Merit, securing Web.com Tour status for 2019. Michael returns to action on the Web.com Tour this week at the Chitimacha Louisana Open.
“The Bettinardi armlock putter has been a game-changer for my putting. Since switching, I have never felt more confident and I am excited to partner with the Bettinardi team and their great group of people” said Michael Gellerman.
“We are proud to welcome both Seth Reeves and Michael Gellerman to the Bettinardi Tour Staff,” said Sam Bettinardi, Vice President of Bettinardi Golf. “Both young talents join an already accomplished list of Bettinardi staffers who continue to climb the Official World Golf Rankings and winning on a global scale. We are confident with our precision milled putters, and tour-proven F.I.T.
