Bettinardi Putters Victorious at The Hero Open & Pinnacle Bank Championship

Bettinardi Golf putters were hot Sunday, taking home wins both on the European Tour at the Hero Open and later in the evening when Bettinardi Tour staffer Seth Reeves took home the Korn Ferry Tour’s Principal Bank Championship.

The winner of the Hero Open, who secured his first European Tour victory, finished 18 under par this weekend to take home the championship. After birdieing the first hole on Sunday in the final round, the winner trusted his Bettinardi DASS BBZero Tour Department putter to make five birdies on Saturday’s front nine, and several crucial pars in the final round to hold his lead.

Seth Reeves, Korn Ferry Pinnacle Bank Champion, also trusted his Bettinardi DASS Lefty Studio Stock 3 to earn his first Korn Ferry victory over the weekend. Reeves, 29, finished over two hours ahead of the final pairing to score eleven under par in the tournament and an impressive 1.7 putts per green in regulation.

Bettinardi Golf is proud to tout eight consecutive years of worldwide victories on major professional tours.

“Our players continue to impress us and make the Bettinardi team proud to craft their putters to their exact specifications, giving them the confidence they need to score low and win tournaments,” Sam Bettinardi, Vice President, said. “My father and I are excited to have Bettinardi putters in the bags of such rising stars, including the winner of the Hero Open who has been using a Bettinardi putter for most of his career. To see him finally lift the trophy was extremely rewarding for the Bettinardi Tour Department.”

Bettinardi Golf putters also finished T6 at the WGC Fed-Ex St. Jude Invitational over the weekend, finishing nine under par with the world’s top-78 best players competing, and T12 at the Barracuda Championship with their Studio Stock 28 Armlock finishing with 19 birdies at +31 in the modified stableford scoring event.

Bettinardi Tour staffers including Matt Kuchar, Jason Kokrak, and Jim Herman among others look to continue the re-start of the 2020 season, next up heading to TPC Harding Park for the PGA Championship, as well as the LPGA Marathon Classic with staffers Yu Liu and Annie Park set to compete this weekend.
