Prior to her professional debut, Patty Tavatanakit attended the University of California Los Angeles, where she became a 7-time winner and two-time WGCA First Team All-American.
With such success, she qualified and became the Low Amateur at the 2018 U.S. Women’s Open, where she tied for fifth, making her the World No.2 amateur. Soon after she turned pro, she earned the title of Gaelle Truet Rookie of the Year in 2019.
Now, at 21, Patty became a rookie in 2020 and has already earned two top-10 finishes on Tour, gaming her Bettinardi putter. Tavatakanit uses a Studio Stock 3 mallet, with one-of-a-kind engravings of her favorite food, including pizza, steak and ice cream.
